Airbus A320

The Airbus A320 family is a series of single-aisle narrow-body airliners designed and manufactured by Airbus. It was launched in March 1984 and first flew on 22 February 1987. The A320 entered commercial service in April 1988 with Air France. The family includes the longer A321, first delivered in January 1994, the shorter A319 delivered in April 1996, and the even shorter A318 delivered in July 2003. Since 2009, the final assembly has been completed in Toulouse (France), Hamburg (Germany) and Tianjin (China). In April 2016, an additional location in Alabama (United States) was added.
